Mobile Communications: the Quality Estimation

The reserch investigates the quality of service in the telecommunication sphere. The main purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for assessing the quality of cellular communication services. The developed algorithm of estimation takes into account the importance of subscribers during the evaluation, which leads to a decrease in the subjectivity of the final result.
