Psychoanalytical Aspects of Emotional Burnout Syndrome

The purpose of this work is to study the development of emotional burnout of business trainers and to propose a program of prevention and reduction of emotional burnout at the organization level. Has been conducted a theoretical analysis of scientific literature about emotional burnout . The following topics are: the history of burnout studies and the main theoretical models of burnout, the causes and methods of preventing emotional burnout. The practical part describes the program, results and analysis of the study of the development of emotional burnout of business trainers. The main scientific significance is the development of a program for prevention and reduction of emotional burnout and description of its approbation.
