The topic of the final qualifying work is "Analysis of the organization's business processes for the creation of the AS-IS model and development of proposals for the TO-BE model with the design of the transition to it for the meat division of " Rusagro "in terms of human capital management." The purpose of the final qualification work (further WRC) is to develop a methodology for analyzing business processes in HR-management based on the existing ones using unique indicators and using it to form recommendations for enterprise business processes improvement with a transition design. Tasks performed during the research: • Analysis of the main activities of the enterprise • Analysis of existing business processes at the enterprise • Creation of AS-IS model of business processes of the enterprise in the field of human capital management • Analysis of existing methods and development of a methodology based on them with selected unique indicators • To approve the necessity of the transformation using business analysis tools • Comparison of the possible solutions • Financial justification of the investments The object of the research was the HR department of "Rusagro" Meat Division The subject of the study is the current state of the HR business processes in the organization. The purpose of the research was achieved: the proposals for the future state of company’s business processes were developed. An analysis based on the developed methodology was carried out. The research as a whole can be used in practice in the process of business transformation in similar companies.
