Despite the abundance of research in the field of project management, today is a lack of articles related to the socio-psychological aspects of PM. One of such aspects is the phenomenon of collective mindfulness recently. Several researches, proved the efficacy of collective mindfulness into the management domain, have been carried out over the last five yaers. However, there are no any study, which determine the impact of various factors on the level of collective mindfulness. The aim of this graduate work is to determine the nature of the relationship between organizational, psychological factors and collective mindfulness. To achieve this goal, a literature review was conducted within theoretical part. The practical part consists of a quantitative online survey of large project-oriented companies’ employees and the observations of “Tax and Legal” department of Deloitte&Touche Corporation. As a result, the multiple regression formula has been identified. It helps to calculate the utility from the improvement of different psychological and organizational indicators. In addition, seven hypotheses were tested regarding the correlations between different model variables. Based on the results of the empirical study and identified problem areas in Deloitte&Touche Tohmatsu Limited, a list of recommendations was developed to improve business processes through collective mindfulness practices.
