Civil Liability for Harm Caused by the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies

This work is intended to provide a possible solution to the problem of the distribution of civil liability for harm caused by the use of artificial intelligence technologies. The first chapter of the study is intended to determine the most optimal definition of AI and the main spheres in which it is most involved and what risks it entails. The second chapter will present the analysis on the most appropriate place for AI in civil law (in the system of objects or subjects). The third chapter of the study is devoted to considering the nature of liability arising from the use of AI technologies (contractual or tort), the possibility of classifying AI as a source of increased danger, and finally - to decide who should be responsible for the harm, caused by the use of AI.
