Development of a Business Model of Invoice Finance Platform

For a full-fledged functioning and development of business, the enterprise needs to maintain working capital at the proper level. The presence of a sufficient number of working capital allows the company to expand its client base, increase the number of deliveries of goods and the volume of services provided. There is another way of financing for small and medium business - factoring. Factoring companies finance small and medium-sized businesses through the transfer of existing receivables to their advantage. This method has successfully proved itself in many economically developed countries of the world and has allowed the enterprises to develop even more rapidly. Over the past 6 years, in the United States and Great Britain, at the junction of factoring and information technologies, many projects have been established and successfully proved, providing factoring financing for hundreds of thousands of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The purpose of this work is to study the features of the factoring market in Russia and build a business model of the information technology product for the factoring market using the example of an online auction for the sale of receivables.
