The Concept of Business Model and the Possibility of Its Practical Use

This master's thesis is devoted to the development of the business model and the possibility of its practical use. An empirical study was conducted at an exhibition of a small enterprise OOO Sewing Planet. The work consists of three chapters and annexes. The first chapter is devoted to a review of scientific approaches to understanding the business model, various methods of its construction are considered, a general definition of this concept is formulated. In the second chapter there is an information note about the enterprise itself, the main business processes of the enterprise are analyzed, on the basis of which the existing business model of a small enterprise was created, its shortcomings revealed. The task is to develop a business model and a market for new markets for a small enterprise of this type. The third chapter of the master's thesis provides information on the analyzed markets for small enterprises LLC "Sewing Planet". An empirical study was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey and its results. The application includes tables and drawings that are not included in the main part of the master's thesis. The tasks set before the beginning of the study are fulfilled. Based on the analysis, the description of the business model helps to assess their strengths and capabilities and set clear goals for further development.
