The subject of this visual research is the study of graphic expressiveness in the sphere of housing and communal services. This topic is relevant for a number of reasons. First, people face daily problems in this area and the need to seek help from this organization. Secondly, the processes and schemes of the housing and communal services are so confused that it is difficult to understand without simple and accessible graphic navigation. And the last, but not unimportant, reason is the reform of the housing and communal services organized by the state. In the course of the research, we made an attempt to find and organize forms of graphic presentation of material in the sphere of housing and communal services. But as it turned out, there are no posters, or any booklets or blank forms, moreover, decorated with any single definite style, in this sphere. And, as such, carriers of graphic information. Nevertheless, over the past few years, such a way of graphical expression as art objects has manifested itself in such a seemingly completely non-creative industry as housing and communal services. Numerous graffiti on this subject have been found; Which, in the majority, were created in 2013 during the summer festival, created on the initiative of the Department of Culture, "The Best City of the Earth." After this, during the time, the city continued to be filled with new graffiti on this topic. But in addition, this form of graphic expression was discovered, which even managed to get its specific name: "Housing and communal art". Housing and communal services can be painted on the porch, in kindergartens, but most of them are sculptures located in parks and playgrounds. In these forms, artists paid attention to such professions as a janitor, plumber and electrician, and sculptures can represent the world of children's cartoons, fairy tales, etc.
