Risks of Trading Companies in Highly Dynamic Situation

The aim of this study is building a system of methods to prevent and decrease the negative effects of the risk situations in the company, which is engaged in wholesale and retail trade in car spare parts. The analysis of theoretical aspects of risk was done in this work and risks of the company were analyzed. The main research methods used are interviewing personnel of the company and keeping the journal of observation of the company within two months. Results of a research have shown that in modern highly dynamic conditions of managing one of the conditions of economic welfare of the company is the effective technique of risk management and their forecasting. Based on results of a research the methodology of preventing and decreasing the negative effects of the risk situations of the company was built, which allows both to define standard sources of risk has been developed, and to reveal their new types that is extremely important in the conditions of a highly dynamic situation.
