The Development of a Crowdsourcing Platform for the Creation of Linguistic Resources

Abstract for graduate qualification work "The Development of a Crowdsourcing Platform for the Creation of Linguistic Resources" Completed by a student of educational program "Informatics and computer technologies" of Moscow Institute of electronics and mathematics. A. N. Tikhonov of National Research University "Higher school of Economics" Koltunova Valeria Eduardovna. The aim of the thesis is the creation of a crowdsourcing platform for linguistic texts with the possibility of applying automatic markup for literary texts. During performance of final qualifying work was obtained the following results: 1. Studied analogues of the designed system and the analysis of existing solutions; 2. Designed database layout, artwork, collections, and authors; 3. Designed platform structure of linguistic texts; 4. The software developed for the linguistic platform with functions of automatic markup of texts, search for specific properties of texts, collection of statistics. 5. Implemented web-application (API) for working with texts; 6. Conducted primary testing platform. Linguists, teachers and students of the Humanities will be able to use the system free to create their own projects, collective and individual research, for the study of literature and language and use an Arsenal of opportunities that exist in the system. In the future it is planned to develop the project, expand the platform and introduce the texts in other languages, to implement the functionality to visualize performance data more clearly.
