Concession as an Effective Mechanism for Financing Infrastructure

In this paper, we consider the conditions under which the implementation of PPP projects in the field of transport infrastructure development is effective from the point of view of minimizing risks. The study analyzes the cases of concession agreements in Russia and abroad. As a result of the work, general provisions were revealed that affect the implementation of transactions in the field of road construction.
