Ways of Protection of The Exclusive Right To A Trademark

This graduation work is devoted to research the civil legal ways to protect the exclusive right to a trademark. The author considers two groups of possible measures to protect a trademark according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: the ways, which are liability measures, and the ways, which are not the measures of liability. The paper researches application of the methods in practice and the level of efficiency by decisions examination of the Russian Courts. The author considers and analyzes different points of doctrinal opinions to the civil ways to protect the exclusive right to a trademark. The graduation work has a complex analysis of the legislation, which regulates the trademarks protection, legislative projects and doctrine, and forms a conclusion about the efficiency.
