The Role of the Federal Republic of Germany in the European Security System within 2005-2016

Such a state as the Federal Republic of Germany is the core of the European security architecture, constantly interacting with other powers in the region through such specialized international security structures as NATO, EU and OSCE CFSP tools. This explains the relevance of the chosen theme of the final qualifying work. Accordingly, the object of final qualification work is the policy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the field of ensuring peace and security. The subject of final qualification work is the process of FRG participation in the system of European security of armed conflicts in the post-bipolar world. Hypothesis of the study. Germany throughout the study period had a significant impact on European security, with special attention to the architecture of the security of the continent being given to the region of the post-Soviet space. The FRG not so much defended solely its national interests, as much as the interests as a member of the EU and, in part, NATO. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main instruments of Germany's foreign policy influence on military and political crises on the European continent. Methodology and methods of research. When writing, we used: the historical-descriptive method and the method of comparative analysis, which made it possible to trace the evolution of the FRG's approach to the resolution of armed conflicts.
