The Specifics of the Labour Contracts for Sportsmen

This scientific work is devoted to the identification of the features of legal regulation of labor relations and the nature of the content of the employment contract with the athletes. Within the framework of the scientific work the analysis of the historical development of the legal regulation of the employment contract with the athletes was made, a general description of the current legislation on the employment contract with the athlete was given, general provisions of the labor legislation concerning the labor contract were analyzed, the features of the content of labor contracts with athletes, including labor contracts with underage athletes, comparative analysis of normative and legal regulation of work with athletes abroad.
