Project Development of Leather Goods Production for «VOLCHEK Bags and Accessories» Company

Import substitution in Russia is taking greater turns, and, thus, the prestige of domestic production and the general interest in local brands are increasing. Modern trends of the fashion industry development indicate the prospects of Russia’s «Bags and luggage» market. The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is project development of leather goods production for «VOLCHEK Bags and Accessories» company in St. Petersburg. The work is designed in a project-research format. The first chapter of the thesis provides theoretical aspects of marketing research and methodology of project management. The second chapter includes a description of the company's activities, market analysis, analysis of competitors and a developed marketing plan for the company. The third chapter presents the processes of project initiation and planning, as well as final project reports. The results of this Bachelor thesis were used by «VOLCHEK Bags and Accessories» as a template for initiating the real project.
