The Aestetic Principles of Art Deco: the Philosophy of Industrial and Architectural Design

This paper is deducted to the analysis of the aesthetic phenomenon of Art Deco as a part of the modernist art. There were examined the historical prerequisites for the development of modernism, as well as the influence of the work of artists on the life of society.
