The Specifics of Marketing Communications in Project Promotion

In modern conditions of competition, marketing communications in the promotion of various goods and services have a special significance. Marketing communications helps to ensure interaction with consumers, bring to them new and up-to-date information about the product or service, and also increase the recognition of a particular brand. In the framework of this work, the features of marketing communications in the promotion of the project are subject to analysis by the example of opening the outlet of the company "Karmello Chocolatier". The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the market of handmade chocolates is not fully understood. The purpose of this study is to develop practical recommendations on the use of marketing communications in promoting the chocolate brand "Karmello Chocolatier" in the Russian market, namely when opening a retail outlet. The methodology of this study consists of a theoretical analysis, which deals with the concept and types of marketing communications, consumer behavior and marketing trends. In the practical part, a study of secondary data, quantitative research and practical recommendations for the company "Karmello Chocolatier" are conducted.
