Developing Corporate Project Management System for a Research Organization

The purpose of this work is to create a set of recommendations for building a corporate project management system in NIIgazeconomika. The study deals with theoretical aspects of construction and compares the features of the implementation of the system. The collection of data for the practical part of the work was carried out through the analysis of internal documents and the questioning of NIIgazeconomika employees, aimed at assessing the level of the company's maturity and identifying the corporate culture.
