Evolution and Prospects of the US Foreign Policy in the Greater Middle East During Obama`s Administration

The United States of America is considered as one of the key actors on the global stage that shapes world agenda. At the same time, the Greater Middle East has become an area of top priority for international community in the last decades, especially for the USA, and created a large demand for new papers due to the incessant crises occurring one after another with a completely different natures. The majority of current scholars focus on the specific consequences of crises and US interventions. However, there is a lack of studies that take into consideration relations between states of GME and how American foreign policy during the Obama presidency was evolving on the regional level. For this purpose, the latest authorized acts and reports, representatives’ speeches and selected papers dedicated to the US policy towards east states and its states connections will be provided. Analysis of this scope of documents will enable us to build a complete picture of Obama’s legacy on the Greater Middle East and provide some prospects for the future of foreign policy.
