Dissertation paper is devoted to the research of common and differentiating features of group work with different professional profiles, i.e. sports, music and business. So called «small groups» from each industry have been taken for analysis: sports teams, chamber symphonic orchestras and business work groups. As a result, numerous valuable differentiating features have been revealed, including such aspects as group role variety, leadership and psychological aspects of interaction between the group members. based on results, very concrete recommendations to commercial structures have been formulated, so that they could enhance group work, using technologies and approaches borrowed from the other industries.
