The System of Civil Servants Labour Payment in Russian Federation

This paper discusses the historical and theoretical aspects of development of such concepts as the wage of civil servants, the existing system of remuneration in developed countries and as applied in Russia pay for performance. Having considered the experience of foreign countries and highlighting briefly the main existing problems in the Russian system of material stimulation of employees will be offered the ways of solving existing problems.
