This work is devoted to the research and design of the IT infrastructure of the online store. The main problem considered within the framework of the work is to integrate the description and application of IT processes with all the relationships described in existing approaches, techniques and standards to a common format that is understandable both to the structural units of the organization and to business. In this paper, we consider the main IT-processes, as well as the basic methods of their modeling. IT processes are modeled using IDEF0 notation followed by a description of the values: input, output, control and mechanism, as well as decomposition that can be applied at any level of maturity of the organization. A comparative analysis of the main methods of modeling business processes was also conducted. Taking into account the service approach to the consideration of IT processes, there is a clear division and understanding of the areas of responsibility, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
