Measurement of the Student Satisfaction Level in Russian Universities

In the following research methods of measuring the level of student satisfaction are being analyzed. Recent foreign and domestic studies devoted to the topic of student satisfaction are enlisted, described and analyzed. The main features of the formation of student satisfaction and the factors that have impact on it are revealed in the paper. The empirical part of the work demonstrates the application of analyzed techniques to the database, which includes data on students from 12 universities of the Russian Federation Participating in the 5-100 Program.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
