Annotation The implementation and development of strategies becomes an important aspect of the company's sustainable growth, allowing to assess its position in the market, to understand the pros and cons of its competitive positions, to understand its strengths and weaknesses. The topicality of the topic of the qualifying qualification work is, first of all, the expediency of not only developing the development strategy of the organization, but also its successful implementation, the possibility of a flexible approach in achieving the above-mentioned priority tasks. The rationale for the strategy reveals the mechanisms for achieving the objectives. The aim of the work is the development of a strategic plan for the development of a small business entity. Tasks: - To consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of the choice of the organization's strategy; - conduct an analysis of financial and economic activities - development of a strategy This project consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, list of used literature and sources and annexes. In the first chapter of the thesis project, theoretical foundations for determining strategies and methods for collecting information were considered. In the second chapter of the project, a general analysis of the firm's activities is given. The third chapter of this diploma project presents the development of strategies for the development of the firm. When writing this diploma project, federal laws, scientific articles, textbooks and company indicators in the field of finance, sales, marketing and production were used. This thesis project is outlined on 60 pages, contains 7 tables, 5 figures and 1 appendix.
