Knowledge Management in Public and Private Sector: Comparative Analysis

Knowledge management (KM) - was initially tested by the private and then adopted by public sector management.This approach aimed at extracting, disseminating and using knowledge to achieve organizational goals. The paper is devoted to identifying the similarity or difference of KM in business structures and state organizations. The theoretical and practical basis of the study contains of the method of successful foreign organizations cases as well as a deep semi-structured interview with experts.
