Working-out Method of Assessment Personal Efficiency

In this work we are working-out Method of Assessment Personal Efficiency. At first, we found theoretical basis of this phenomena, which include seven components. After that we check validity of our test. In this proses we also convinced that it include seven components. Moreover we try to check how is it measure changes in personal efficiency while coaching.
