Antitrust Requirements to the Agreements of Business Entities

The antitrust law says that agreements between subjects of an entrepreneurial activity hold a specific place in the competitive right. Today, separate types of agreements are rather widespread in an entrepreneurial activity that is shown by legal practice. These agreements and conditions established in them constitute danger to free competition. And in particular limit it that violates the antitrust law. These agreements have negative impact on the competition and lead to market monopolization. In this work we will consider anti-competitive agreements, between subjects of an entrepreneurial activity which are beyond the law and have negative influence on economy, the competition and the market. We will consider subjects, maintenance and legal regulation of these agreements.
