Features of the Party of Power Electoral Strategy Implementation at the 2016 Federal Elections Under Conditions of Gubernatorial Monocentrism

The article devoted to features of the party of power electoral strategy implementation at the 2016 federal elections under conditions of gubernatorial monocentrism. The features of the electoral strategy implementations are defined through comparative analysis. In frame of the research "gubernatorial monocentrism" means preponderance of governor compared with another regional actors, based on power personification, bureaucracy, elite consolidation and informal governing practices. The analysis illustrates that the electoral strategy was disfigured during implementation. However monocentriс governors succeeded with the strategy implementation in comparison with nonmonocentric regions.
