Features of News Consumption on the Internet among Moscow Youth

For my dissertation theme, we study and explore the features of the consumption of news information by Moscow youth on the Internet. In the course of the study, the characteristics inherent in the behavioral patterns of a modern youth audience are determined in cooperation with news sources and news in the digital environment. In the course of the study, the quality of news consumption by Moscow youth is analyzed and identified through data collection through in-depth interviews and questioning by representatives of the studied audience. As a result of the study, it is revealed that the Moscow youth independently forms a news communication field and determines the agenda along with the official media in the network and actively uses innovative channels for disseminating news information (social networks, messengers, applications, bots and others). And also the characteristics for the media channels on the Internet are proposed for building the most effective communication among the youth.
