Strategic Analysis of Car Wash Market for New Business Creation

The analyzed topic is reflected in the works on strategic analysis and business planning of a large number of authors, however, today there are no developed universal algorithms for detailed initiation of an entrepreneurial project that takes into account the specific characteristics of each individual industry. In order to successfully launch an entrepreneurial project, it is necessary to analyze in detail each stage of its creation, to identify the main specific characteristics of each of the industries, which, on the whole, forms the relevance of this study. Within the framework of the work, at the first stage it is meant to carry out a strategic analysis presented by PEST analysis, analysis of consumer preferences, competitive analysis. The next stage of the work is the process of developing a business model for an entrepreneurial project based on the UNIDO model, after which the business plan of the project was compiled on the basis of the data obtained. The results of the study can be divided into 3 groups: theoretical, to which the review of literature refers, methodological, i.e. The development of a research program, and also applied, since the analysis of the data obtained can be used in the process of implementing an entrepreneurial project. Thus, the study concluded that the market in question is attractive for the entry of new players into it, and the project is effective from an economic point of view and is subject to financing.
