Appeal against Actions (Omissions) and Decisions of the Executive Power

In this paper will be considered question about the appeals against actions and decisions of the Federal bodies of Executive power. For consideration of this topic will be used General methods such as deduction, induction, and comparison in historical and territorial cases. The result in this paper is the analysis of the current situation in the field of appeals against actions and decisions of Executive bodies, and also considered forms of implementation of appeal procedures. And last but not least, an assessment of the effectiveness of this method of protection of violated rights of citizens by the work of the research scientists who made the assessment of this mechanism. Thus, the aim of this study is consideration of modern procedures for appealing the actions and decisions of bodies of Executive power. The study will be made on the basis of normative-legal acts regulating the issue in question, as well as papers, articles and monographs of scientists who have considered this issue previously.
