The literature review allowed to make a conclusion that this topic was studied very superficially by both Western and Russian scientists. But while European and US companies actively introduce innovative software, domestic companies delay the decision considering automation of this business-process due to the lack of information about this segment. Thus, the goal of this work was the development of an integrated approach to the selection and implementation of the recruiting automation service and its application to the recruitment’s optimization at the IT-industry enterprise RuNetSoft LLC. To achieve the formed goal, a review of existing «cloud» and «canned» automated solutions was conducted, an algorithm for selecting a service per the requirements of the enterprise was developed, legal aspects of storing and protecting personal data were examined. In the third chapter of this paper, the risks of confidentiality loss were measured for data located in the «cloud» storage, with the support of the methodology proposed by Korean scientists. The result of the qualification work is the developed integrated approach to the theoretical and practical aspects of recruitment automation. The result of the project part is a set of recommendations for the RuNetSoft company, which allows to optimize the business process of recruitment through the introduction of a selected service and work on the weaknesses identified during the various stages of the company's analysis. The prospect of the recruitment automation in the IT-industry topic development is to develop an Internet resource that allows the company to easily determine the recommended service through sorting according to the specified requirements.
