Procedural Features of Trial of Economic Crime Cases

In this research, procedural and material aspects concerning crimes in the sphere of economic activity were considered. The views of many authors on the essence of economic crimes were analyzed, some problems of regulation and enforcement were identified. The procedural features at various stages of production concerning economic crimes were reviewed, certain regularities are revealed. In the course of the work, the judicial practice was analyzed, with both higher courts and examples of decisions of various cases by the courts of other parts. In the work, economic crimes were considered from the point of view of criminal, criminal procedure law, criminology and criminalistics. As a result of the research, the author developed recommendations for the modernization of legislation in this area.
