The work is devoted to the nature of arbitration agreements and the competence of arbitrators in adjudicating international commercial arbitration. In the work, the emphasis is on the nature of the arbitration agreement from the moment it is signed before the decision is made by the composition of the arbitrators. When writing the work, both questions relating to the arbitration agreement and the competence of the arbitrators to choose the applicable law that were chosen by the parties to the dispute were examined.
