Criminal Liability for Violation of Copyright and Related Rights

The present work is dedicated to the analysis of the copyright and related rights legal protection in the Russian Federation by means of criminal law and of the development of such protection. Furthermore, certain problems of legislative and law enforcement nature arising in the sphere of criminal liability for copyright and related rights infringements have been detected. In the present work also the essence of the copyright and related rights has been analyzed alongside with ways of their protection from various kinds of infringements and with foreign systems of copyright and related rights legal protection by means of criminal law.
