Problems of Bringing to Liability the Sole Executive Body of the Joint Stock Company

Current work represents a research of the most significant problems arising in the course of bringing to liability the sole executive body of the joint stock company. The most detailed study was given to the moments relating to the status, competence and principles of activity of the body in the context of legal protection in the event of a risk of prosecution. As part of the consideration of a number of issues, there were revealed some essential features that testify the necessity of expansion the regulatory framework of existing legislation with the perspective of better regulating of activities of the institution and developing a more equitable mechanism for prosecution.
