The institute of commercial concession occupies one of the central positions in Russian Civil law due to its nature, which consists in the concept of expanding opportunities as for both franchisors and franchisees so as for employees in both developed and emerging markets, which allows worldwide economics to benefit from such a business model as a tool for maintaining and developing small businesses in a crisis period. Nevertheless, there are certain shortcomings in the legal regulation of this institution, what determines the relevance of the research topic.
