The Comparative Legal Analysis of the Competence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union

The current research is devoted to carrying out the comparative and legal analysis of competence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (EU) and the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The research is divided into two parts: general characteristic of competence of the courts and characteristic of separate powers. The general characteristic includes consideration of sources, the principles and areas of jurisdiction. The characteristic of separate powers is carried out concerning the separate categories of competence which are marked out according to special criteria. The results of the research are presented in the form of distinguishing of the general and the particular. The assumption about further development of competence of the Court of the EU and the EEU in general is made.
