Business Plan of OOO "Kompaniya BMS" on Entering Saint-Petersburg Building Materials Market

The following work describes the results of the business plan development on the topic of a small building materials trading organization as a method for LLL “BMS Company” to enter the new market of Saint Petersburg. Practically, this paper provides an opportunity for LLL “BMS Company” to enter the building materials market of Saint Petersburg, having a well-structured plan of actions, gathered by thorough analysis and reasonable predicting. The primary guides for developing the paper were scientific works of such theorists of business planning and it`s aspects as Strekalova, Golubkov, Porter and others. The first chapter includes a detailed description of a business planning as a process, with all the main goals and objectives and concentrates of the business plan development technology with its basic steps and objectives. Besides, the first chapter describes the features of building materials trading sphere as an external environment of the enterprise. Next, the LLC “BMS Company” was analyzed for the identification of the possibilities to expand on a new market that was confirmed eventually. The third chapter consists of the business plan itself with all the main aspects such as resume, market analysis, financial plan, etc. As a conclusion, based on the gathered results, it was conducted that the market is worth investing concerning all the indexes and risks. The following paper includes the introduction, three chapters consisting of two theoretical and one practical, the conclusion, list of references and attachments. The work amounted to 95 pages eventually.
