Diagnosis of the Crisis on Trade Sector Enterprises

In the realities of the current economy, many companies during their life cycle can face crisis situations. The urgency of the master's thesis is that recently the frequency of crises is growing, and management, and business owners may not be ready for a sudden crisis situation. Therefore, for the successful development of an organization on the market, it is critically important to have a developed system for detecting and monitoring organizational problems, and to have proven mechanisms for most effectively overcoming crisis situations. The purpose of this work is to develop a model for diagnosing the crisis, and testing this model on the companies of the trade industry operating in the Russian market. In the course of the work, existing approaches to the essence and diagnosis of crises in foreign and Russian literature were considered. Also, methodological ways to define the concept, classification and essence of crises were analyzed, the goals and essence of the crisis management in the company were defined. Analyzing the existing indicators of the growing threat, a model for a comprehensive assessment of the likelihood of crisis development at the enterprises of the trade sector was developed and all necessary data were collected for further testing. After that, the companies with the ongoing internal crisis were offered methods for financial recovery.
