State Regulation of Small Business (the Case of St. Petersburg)

This work represents investigation, devoted to the state regulation of small business. The relevance of this study is caused by the small business development necessity, as prior trend of the public policy, what scientists, public servant and entrepreneurs undermine. The purpose of this study is to explore the opportunities of authorities and small business effective interaction ensuring. Due the work process it was set and realize several goals, as the implementation of practice analysis and functioning fundamentals of the small business, carrying out main constraints of the startup and developing process, estimation of the state support level of the small business due to determining the prospect trends in the ensuring interaction motion between authorities and small business, and also working out recommendations with respect of state support system organization. The methodology of this investigation consists of general scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison and common calculations. Also, this work includes empirical part, based on the econometrical analysis of entrepreneur’s opinion-poll.
