Entrepreneurial Project Development of Introducing a New Product to the Market

The research on "Entrepreneurial Project Development of Introducing a New Product to the Market" is devoted to the analysis of the Lean Startup methodology and the development entrepreneurial project business model. The paper provides a detailed overview of the concepts and principles of the Lean Startup methodology, including various stages, such as the creation of MVP, the Customer Development process and the usage of Lean Canvas in business model development. In the theoretical part of this work the author gives an overview of the IoT market, which includes the definition of basic concepts, market data and forecasts from several analytical sources, a review of the existing ecosystem and market infrastructure. In the practical part of the work, the author described in detail the project for which the business model is being developed, conducted a primary market analysis, including a review of existing competitors, an assessment of the potential market capacity, and justified calculation of the necessary start-up investments for the start of the project. During the work, two stages of the interview were conducted with the potential audience of the product, the results were analyzed and the business model of the project was developed on their basis.
