Business Process Analysis for Perm Region Electronic Government Services

The work contains an analysis of the regulatory and legal framework regulating the delivery of services in electronic form, summarizes the new requirements for the provision of services. The experience of the Perm Krai in the translation of state and municipal services, the current state of electronic services are analyzed. Based on the analysis, a list of activities necessary to translate services into an electronic form is formulated. A list of demanded services is identified, which must be brought into compliance with the requirements of the law. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a bibliographic list, and applications.
