Improvement of Delivery Organization of Cars and Spare Parts from China to Russia by Taking "Ekspeditor" as an Example

Although today academic works are focused on theoretic background of logistics and supply chain management, there is also a space for practical oriented papers, which is aimed at considering specific organizations and/or operations. The graduated work can be described as the last one, because it is devoted to logistics operations of a freight forwarder. In other words, the work has analyses of transportation operations, supply chains and performance indicators of the specific company as well as decisions to founded problems. These analyses are provided by various methods which can be described as various data interpretation. All the research is conducted to understand on which step of logistics operations development the company is situated and, as a consequence, what best practices can be implemented to achieve the efficiency and finally what is the advantages of these best practices in monetary terms.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
