Introduction of controlling system might help companies to stay on the market, and also expand and grow just by analyzing and improving the key internal criteria of main business processes. The purpose of the study is the diagnostic and improvement of Koffee Sirena LLC controlling system. Measures are offered for increasing efficiency, like new strategic goals statement and new methods of KPI indication and assessment, are based on current controlling system analysis.
