Logistics System Improvement in the Case of a Manufacturing Company

Graduation qualification work on the topic " Logistics System Improvement in the Case of a Manufacturing Company" includes the introduction, analysis of the company's economic activities, analysis of theoretical approaches to improving logistics systems, practical application of improvement methods and conclusion. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for the improvement and development of the logistics system of the production enterprise LLC "Terrasnye Resheniya". The object of research work is the logistics system of the production company LLC "Terrasnye Resheniya". In this study, the following main tasks are solved: 1. The analysis of economic activity of the enterprise, in particular, an estimation of functioning of logistical system is carried out. On the basis of the analysis, key problems of the logistics system were identified, as well as possible ways to solve them 2. Based on the theoretical basis, an algorithm was developed to improve the logistics system of the company "Terrasnye Resheniya" 3. Recommendations for improving the company's logistics system were developed and economically justified. This graduate qualification work is a self-executed study that contains a set of scientifically grounded recommendations for improving the logistics system of LLC "Terrasnye Resheniya".
