Improving the Production Logistics Based on the JIT Concept (in the Case of Electric Plant)

The final qualifying work on the topic "Improvement of the logistics of production on the basis of the JIT concept on the example of OAO" Electroagregat "includes the introduction, analysis of the company's economic activities, the study of the theoretical bases for improving the logistics of production based on the concept of JIT, the practical application of improvement methods and conclusion. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for improving the logistics of the production of the company Elektroagregat, which is a manufacturing company that produces generators. The object of study of the work is the production company of OAO Electroagregat. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were accomplished: • a comprehensive analysis of the company has been carried out, including a description of its activities, its market position, an analysis of its logistics system, and its shortcomings; • a study of the theoretical foundations of the JIT concept; • recommendations for improving the logistics of production based on the concept of JIT; • an economic justification for the expediency of carrying out changes in the logistics of production of the company Elektroagregat This study is a self-completed graduate qualification work that contains a set of scientifically grounded organizational and economic proposals for improving the logistics of production based on the JIT concept of the company Elektroagregat. Key words: production, management of suppliers, improvement of production processes, estimation of economic efficiency.
