This paper illustrates the recommendations for the consistent implementation of sales and operations process in the manufacturing company. The purpose of this work is to increase the efficiency of the company's activities by increasing the accuracy of forecasts and establishing cross-functional coordination. The content of the paper examines the main concepts of integrated planning, demonstrates the importance of joint planning within the company and suggests an algorithm for implementing sales and operations planning process. Based on the example of a manufacturing company that is one of the leaders of the Russian FMCG market, the author details the algorithm for implementing of sales and operations process by integrating an additional information module into the already existing company information space. The results of the work prove the economic effectiveness of the proposed solution. 5. Volume: 91 pages, 29 figures, 18 tables, list of literature sources – 28.
