Improvement of Logistics Business Processes in the Warehouse of the Production-Trade Company

The diploma is devoted to the improvement of logistics business processes in the warehouse of the production and trading company LLC "Master's Wood". In the introduction, the urgency of the subject matter is justified, the subject and object are justified. In the first chapter, an attempt was made to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the production and trading company OOO "Master's Wood" - the main characteristics of the enterprise are given, the general position of the company in the market is considered. An analysis of the company's financial and economic performance revealed problems that affected the decline in net profit. The analysis of the logistics activities of the company was also conducted, the organizational structure of the management of LLC "Master's Wood" and its logistics network were examined. Logistic business processes in the warehouse were analyzed and the main problems are identified. The second chapter examines the theoretical aspects of logistics business processes, including logistics business processes in a warehouse. The basic standards of modeling business processes are investigated. At the same time, special attention was paid to ways of improving logistics business processes in the warehouse. The third chapter proposes solutions to problems identified in the study of the company's financial, economic and logistical activities. An algorithm for improving logistics business processes is also given, and the effectiveness of new models is considered. Particular emphasis is placed on assessing the economic effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed recommendations in the practice of the production and trading company LLC "Master's Wood".
