Blood and its Products Distribution Network Improvement in Moscow Region

The main goal of the paper was to propose ways and methods to improve existing blood distribution network in Moscow Region. The object of work is the Blood Service of the Moscow Region. The subject is the management of the distribution network of donor blood in the Moscow region. Within the framework of the paper the following tasks were solved: 1. Existing structure of donor blood network in the Moscow region were analyzed. 2. Methods and best practices in the field of management of the distribution of donor blood are reviewed and analyzed. 3. Ways to improve the existing distribution network were proposed 4. The expected effect of the proposed activities was evaluated. The work consists of three main chapters, introduction, conclusion and bibliography. Key words: blood supply chain, blood distribution, blood supply management, blood distribution network
